My calisthenics course is completely free. I don’t host it on this website, instead, you can access it across three major platforms.

- the full course is structured into dedicated playlists, grouped by skill level and movement category.

- videos are also organized into playlists, so you can quickly find specific exercises or progressions.
It’s not the ideal setup, but for now this is how it’s structured. Everything is free and clearly organised, just choose the platform that suits you and start training.
