About me
How I went from failing with weights to finding strength through calisthenics.
Introduction

Everything changed when I discovered calisthenics.
Why calisthenics worked for me
Calisthenics felt natural from the very start. No gym memberships, no expensive equipment, just my body, consistency, and gravity. What began as a way to lose weight grew into something bigger.
Progress came one step at a time. From kneeling push-ups to pull-ups, and eventually to skills I once thought were impossible. Today I can hold a handstand and perform a human flag. Those milestones remind me how far I’ve come, but also how much more there is to explore.
Where I am now
I’m still losing weight, but the scale is no longer my only focus. What drives me today is unlocking new skills, getting stronger, and enjoying the process.
Calisthenics has taught me that real progress isn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts, but it’s about discipline and consistency. Showing up on the days when I don’t feel motivated, putting in the work even when it feels slow, and trusting that small steps add up over time.
Every milestone, no matter how small, is proof that steady effort pays off. The results I’ve achieved so far are built on nothing more than patience and persistence.
Why I built this site
I believe calisthenics is for everyone. You don’t need to be naturally strong, or feel comfortable in a gym. All you need is patience, consistency, and the right guidance.
That’s why I started this website. It’s not just about sharing my journey, but also about creating something bigger, a roadmap for others who want to begin. Over time, I’ll be releasing step-by-step tutorials, beginner-friendly YouTube videos, and illustrated guides to make calisthenics simple and approachable. I’ll also share my own training routine openly, so you can see the exact struggles, adjustments, and progress I go through.
My long-term vision is to make calisthenics more open and accessible. No hidden paywalls, no hype. Just clear, practical knowledge for anyone who wants to start.
